Returns
Do you want to return something from your order?
That is of course no problem at all! With us you have 28 days to return your order. The 28 days start on the day after you receive your order, this also applies if someone otherwise received it for you or when the package is at a collection location shipped.
- Fill in the enclosed packing slip which items you are going to return and possibly the reason of this.
- Pack the return package as well as possible and enclose the completed packing slip.

Important! It is currently very busy with all carriers, so make sure you send your return shipment on time so that it is received by us within the return period of 28 days.
Return conditions:
It is important that your return shipment meets at least the following conditions:
The items must be in original condition with labels & tags attached.
We do not accept returns if:
- The items have been worn.
- Attempts have been made to repair an item yourself.
- The articles smell of smoke, food or perfume.
- Be careful with makeup! We do not take back items with make-up stains.
- Shoeboxes may not be written on or pasted.
- Your return is received by us too late. A return shipment is too late if it is received by us within 28 days.
- Earrings and hair accessories are not accepted for return for reasons of hygiene.
What are the return costs?
The return costs are for your own account and we cannot reimburse you. What are the costs for returns differs per carrier, unfortunately we have no control over this.
Some other important information about a return shipment:
- You are at all times responsible for a return shipment. Always keep the track and trace code of your return package until you have received confirmation from us that your return has arrived in good order at our warehouse.
- If the track and trace indicates that we have received your return shipment, it may take up to 3 working days before you receive the confirmation e-mail from us.
- After you have received a confirmation from us, our administration will process your return processing within 5 working days.
