It may happen that something goes wrong with the payment or that you see an error message. How can you be sure whether the payment has gone through correctly or not? 

• Check your account to see whether the amount has actually been debited. Isn't this the case? Then it seems that the order did not go through correctly. 
• Have you not received a confirmation email? (Always check your spam box) It is also a good idea to check your account first because the confirmation email may still be on its way. 
  
  Are you unsure whether the payment has gone through correctly? Please contact our customer service via live chat or email so that they can check for you whether the payment was successful. 

If you have a Fashioncheque, VVV gift card or Fashion gift card, you can also pay for your order with this. The Fashioncheque, VVV gift card and Fashion gift card cannot be exchanged for money. 

Please note: When paying, you can pay a maximum amount of €50 with your Fashioncheque, VVV gift card or Fashion gift card. You can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.

Yes, for the countries the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany it is possible to pay for your order afterwards with Billink up to an amount of €250.

If a discount code is active, you can redeem it during checkout under the heading "Discount code or store credit". The discount will then be automatically applied to the items that are currently participating in the relevant promotion.

It is good to know that we cannot settle discounts afterwards and that previously placed orders cannot claim discounts that started later than the order date/time.

If you have received a store credit from us, you can redeem it during checkout under the heading "Discount code or store credit". The amount will then be automatically deducted from the amount to be paid.

If an error message occurs when entering a store credit, we would like to ask you to first check whether you have not already used the store credit in a previous order. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service so that they can take a look with you.

Billink is a payment method that gives you the option to pay the costs for your order later. The maximum period for this is 14 days.

Billink leads the way Most Wanted Luxury the entire post-payment process. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Billink to pay for the purchased product(s). To approve your payment request, BIllink carries out a data check. Billink applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your payment request is not authorized, you can of course pay for the product to be purchased with another payment method.
