It may happen that something goes wrong with the payment or that you will see an error message. How do you know for sure whether or not the payment went well? 

• Check your account to see if the amount has actually been written off. Is this not the case? Then it seems that the order did not get through properly. 
• Did you not receive a confirmation email? (Also always check your spam box) Even then it is good to check your account first because it is possible that the confirmation email is still on its way. 
  
  Do you doubt whether the payment has come through correctly? Then contact our customer service via the live chat or mail so that they can check for you to see if the payment has been done. 

If you are in possession of a fashion check, VVV Gift Card or Fashion Giftcard, you can also pay for your order. The Fashion Check, VVV Gift Card and Fashion Giftcard cannot be exchanged for money. 

Please note: you can pay for a maximum amount of € 50 during paying with your Fashion Check, VVV Gift Card or Fashion Giftcard. You can pay the remaining amount with a different payment method.

Yes, for the countries of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany it is possible to pay your order afterwards with Billink up to an amount of € 250.

If a discount code is active, you can cash it in during checkout at the heading "Discount Code or StoreCredit" The discount will then be automatically settled on the articles that are currently participating in the relevant promotion.

It is good to know that we cannot settle discounts afterwards and that previously placed orders cannot claim discounts that started later than the order date/time.

If you have received a StoreCredit from us, you can cash it in during checkout at the heading "Discount Code or StoreCredit" The amount will then be automatically settled with the amount to be paid.

If there is an error message when filling in a storageecredit, we would like to ask you to check whether you have not already used the StoreCredit in an earlier order. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service so that they can take a look with you.

Is your order canceled and have you already paid? Then contact our customer service, they will continue to look with you. 

Billink is a payment method with which you have the option to pay the costs for your order later. The maximum period for this is 14 days.

Billink carries out the full payment process for Most Wanted Luxury. This means that you receive a digital invoice from Billink to pay the purchased product (s). Billink carries out a data check for approval of your request to pay. Billink uses a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment is not authorized, you can of course pay the product to be purchased with a different payment method.
