  • Whether an item comes back in stock varies per item. Do you want to be informed when an item is back in stock? Then sign up for our Restock notification. For this you go to the sold-out article and enter your e-mail address there, as soon as the article has been supplemented you will receive an e-mail from this.

  • We understand very well that you want your order to deliver as quickly as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 16:00 are shipped the same day. In most cases you will receive your order the next day! Orders posted on Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday. The delivery times are an indication, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

  • After placing your order it is not More possible to change or cancel your order because our warehouse processes your order immediately.

  • As soon as you have received a confirmation e-mail about the receipt of your return shipment, we strive to process and pay back your return shipment within 14 days.

  • Yes, of course SALE items may also be returned.

  • Our customer service strives to always answer your message within 2 working days. Our customer service is closed during the weekend.

  • In the event of crowds it can happen that it takes longer before you receive a confirmation from us. This can sometimes also end up in your spam inbox. Have you not received a confirmation after two hours, but did the payment work? Please contact us on our customer service, then they will be happy to take a look with you.

  • It is possible that your return shipment has not yet been processed within the payment term of Billink. We therefore advise you to always register a return shipment to Billink, so that they are aware of this and can temporarily pause the invoice. This prevents any additional costs that can be charged if the payment is not made on time. 

    You can also choose to pay the entire invoice. As soon as the return shipment is processed, you will receive the too much amount paid back to your account.
