  • * If you order on workdays before 4 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. If you order on Friday after 4:00 pm or at the weekend, your order will be sent on Monday.

    As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail including track & trace, so that you can view the current delivery status. In the overview above you can see how long the carriers need to deliver your package.

    * NB! Shipping can take longer during holidays and promotions.
    * We have no influence on delays with the carriers.

  • When you place an order above € 75, you do not pay any shipping costs, you will receive this from us! Do you place an order under € 75? Then shipping costs will be charged when placing your order. In the overview above you will find the shipping rates for all countries.

  • For which shipping options you can choose depends on the country where you want the order delivered. For the Netherlands you can choose from DHL or Post NL. (If your payment method Billink chooses you can only opt for the shipping option post, nl.) In the overview above you will find the shipping options for each country.

  • After the package has left our warehouse you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. This allows you to view the current delivery status. The track & trace code of your order can also be found in your account. Login on your account by using the e-mail address with which you have placed the order.

  • Unfortunately, our system does not allow it to make changes after an order has been placed. We therefore want to emphasize to always check whether you have entered the correct personal information before you make your order final. Do you have a question about this? Then contact the customer service.

  • It is possible that your package has been delayed at the carrier. We therefore first advise you to take a good view of the Track & Trace code. This indicates the status of the delivery. Is your track & trace code not updated for 5 working days? Then contact our customer service And keep the order number at hand. 

  • If your order has not been delivered completely, please contact our customer service. Don't forget to state your order number and which item you have not received. We would also like to receive photos of the items you have received and we would like to hear from you whether you have received the package damaged. If that is the case, we would also like to receive a photo of the damaged packaging on which the shipping label is also visible. Then we will investigate this further and look for an appropriate solution!

  • We do our utmost to ensure that the items you ordered are checked with the utmost care before they are actually sent. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that you receive an item damaged. Of course we understand that this is very annoying. We would like to ask you to send an email to customer service@moswantedluxury.com in this situation in this situation with your order number and photos of the complaint. We would like to receive a photo of the article as a whole and a photo on which the complaint is clearly visible. In the case of a complaint with shoes, we would also like to receive a photo of the sole. Together we will look for the right solution!

  • Oops! Did you accidentally receive the wrong article? Of course we find that very annoying and we would like to solve for you as soon as possible.

    2. A photo of the incorrectly received article.
    3. A photo of the article that you received instead.
    4. A short description what went wrong.
