Do you want to return your order?


If you want to return an order or item from us, this can be done 14 days After receipt. You report your return shipment quickly and easily via our return portal.
NB! Returns without registration via our return portal will not be taken into treatment.

  • With us you have 14 days to return your order. The 14 days start the day after you have received your order, this also applies if someone else has received it for you or if the package is delivered to a collection location. It is important that you register your return shipment through us return portal.

    • Returning is only possible within the set return period of 14 days.
    • A return must be registered through us return portal. A return that has not been registered is not being processed.
    • Both the costs and the risk of sending a return shipment are for your own account.
    • We will only process returns if they are returned in its original state. Damaged and/or used items will be returned and not processed as a return. 
    • Items that smell like smoke, food or perfume are not accepted.
    • Articles that contain makeup are not accepted.
    • Hygiene articles may only be returned if the seal has not been broken.
    • Did you also pay shipping costs while ordering? If the entire order is returned, you will also receive the shipping costs incurred and you only pay the return costs. 
  • The costs of a return shipment are for the account of the customer, you pay these costs directly in us return portal.

  • After we have received your return shipment, we strive to process this within 14 days. Once your return shipment has been unpacked and processed, you will receive an email from us. Save the return certificate well until the return shipment is fully processed and you have received the reimbursement. When the return shipment is processed, the purchase amount is reimbursed.

  • The return payment takes place within 14 days after you have received a confirmation that you have arrived in our warehouse. When the return shipment is processed, the purchase amount will be paid back in the same way that you have paid your order with.

    If you have paid a part or entire order with a fashion check, VVV Gift Card or Fashion Giftcard, you will receive an MWL Store Credit for this part. You will then receive an e-mail from our customer service with a unique code that you can spend in our webshop.

  • That's right! You can register your return easily and quickly through us return portal.

  • It is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Then you can place a new order yourself and return the current item to us within 14 days, after receipt. Keep in mind that any discounts will be canceled with the new order.

  • Have you done multiple orders? Then it is also possible to return it together in one package. We would like to ask you to make a distinction between the articles, so that we know which items belong to which return shipment (for example 1 separate bag per order). You can then put both in a larger box so that you have one package. It is important to register both orders via our return portal. You do this as follows:

    Open the return portal Enter your e-mail address and 1 of the order numbers that you want to return. You will then see an overview of the orders that still fall within the return period. In every order, select the items that you want to return and complete the further process. In this way you only pay return costs once.

  • If you no longer have the original package of the package, the items can also be returned in another box or bag. Hereby it is important that the items are properly packaged and you have registered your return via our return portal. Do you want to return shoes? The box of the shoes belongs to the product, it is not allowed to write or stuck on the shoe box.

    Have you removed the original label from the article? Then you can no longer return the item. So pay attention when you pack your order.

  • Firstly, the amount that has been settled with a payment method is refunded. We then create a storageecredit for the remaining amount that may have been settled with a gift card. Our support department will send you an email with a new gift card. It is therefore not necessary to save your old gift card.

  • No, unfortunately it is not possible to deliver a return shipment to our warehouse.

  • Yes, of course SALE items may also be returned.

  • Did you also pay shipping costs while ordering? If the entire order is returned, you will also receive the shipping costs incurred and you only pay the return costs. 

  • Have you received a free gift from us? Then you have to return the Freegift if you return the entire order.

    If the Freegift is not returned in this case, we will reserve the right to charge € 5 costs. These costs are deducted from the amount to be paid.

  • It is possible that your return shipment has not yet been processed within the payment term of Billink. We therefore advise you to always register a return shipment to Billink, so that they are aware of this and can temporarily pause the invoice. This prevents any additional costs that can be charged if the payment is not made on time. 

    You can also choose to pay the entire invoice. As soon as the return shipment is processed, you will receive the too much amount paid back to your account.
